初回利用時、年度毎に利用者登録が必要です。
ご自身がセンターに直接立ち入らない場合を含め、研究グループ利用責任者、請求者となる方も必ず利用者登録をお願いします。
利用者登録にあたっては、初回登録の方を除き研究成果の報告が必要となります。
※2024年度まで利用者登録時に実施していた「支払い予算種別登録」は、2025度より中止となりました。
登録手順
2025年度より、利用者登録は全学の共用機器利用窓口となる「東海大学共用機器ポータルサイト TSEP」を介した全学共通利用者登録システムへ移行しました。登録に関する詳細は、TSEPをご確認ください。
新登録システムでは学園共通IDでのログインが必要となりますが、学園共通IDをお持ちでない方は、TSEP内の専用Formsよりご登録いただけます。下記の手順に従ってTSEPへお進みください。
- 支援センターホームページにて、利用方法及び利用費請求について確認
- 本ページ下部「東海大学共用機器ポータルサイトはこちら」よりTSEPにアクセス
- TSEPの利用案内ページの内容を確認し、利用者登録に進む
登録内容 - 登録者情報：氏名、教職員番号、所属、職種、内線番号、メールアドレス
- 登録者が所属する研究グループの利用責任者：氏名
- 伊勢原キャンパス実験動物施設を利用する方は、飼育に関する連絡先メールアドレス（グループメール可）、処分処理方法
- 登録完了後、「登録完了メール」が自動送信されます。メールが届かない場合は支援センターまでお問い合わせください。
※研究グループ利用責任者の方は、日本語以外での説明が必要な方へ、内容の説明をお願いします。

機器・実験室オンライン予約システム りざぶ郎
利用者登録後は、支援センター管理機器・実験室のオンライン予約システムが利用可能となります。
登録完了後に送信される登録完了メールに、URL等が記載されていますのでご確認ください。
※外部利用の方および伊勢原キャンパスに属さない学生へのメールにはURLを記載しておりません。利用を希望される場合は、支援センタースタッフ、またはご自身の利用責任者となる教員にご確認ください。

You are required to register your research results during the user registration process. Please use the link provided below to complete your user registration.
※The “Registration of Payment Budget Type,” previously required during user registration until FY2024, has been discontinued from FY2025.

Registration Process
From the 2025 academic year, user registration will be managed through the university-wide common user registration system via the Tokai University Shared Equipment Portal Site (TSEP). This platform will serve as the central site for accessing shared equipment throughout the University.
To complete the new registration system, you must have a Common Campus ID. Please proceed only after obtaining this ID. If you do not know how to obtain it, please refer to the PDF guide below.
After reviewing the information on this page, please follow the steps below to proceed to TSEP by following the link on the page.
- Please be sure to check the JLSC website for information on how to use the service and how to claim the service fee.
- After reviewing the information, access TSEP from the bottom of the page “Click here to register online”.
- Read the contents of the TSEP User Guide page carefully and proceed to user registration.
- Once registration is completed, you will receive a “Registration Completion email” automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Support Center.
※If you are a representative of your research group, please explain the contents of the website to those who are not native or comfortable with Japanese. If you need help, please check with your principal investigator.

Registration details
User registration is on an individual unit.
For application you will need the following information:
- For applicant: name, Faculty number, email address, extension number, Affiliation, Position
- The representative of your research group: name
Confirmations
For applicant
User registration is required for the first time use and each fiscal year.
The representative or claimant of a research group, including the case you do not enter the Support Center directly, please register the user registration.
For the representative of a research group, you need to be a full-time faculty member or a Specially appointed faculty member.
Online reservation system RIZABURO
Some of the Support Center equipment and laboratory spaces will be using an online reservation system. RIZABURO (Please note the system is only in Japanese)
After user registration, the online reservation system for support center management equipment will become available. Please check the URL etc. in the confirmation email sent to you after the registration is completed.
New RIZABURO's password for 2025 will be changed in early May.
The new password will be announced to registrants in 2025 in early May by email.
- Please do not share the URL and password with others.
- For first-time users, be sure to ask the staff for explanations about the equipment and laboratory spaces.
